  • Boost (rocket icon) is free and helps raise a story's visibility in the feed. Power (P button) allocates funds from the Peopls Fund to campaigns. Supporters who contribute to the Peopls Fund receive 10 Power votes each month.

  • By making a yearly contribution to the Peopls Fund, you become a Supporter and receive 10 Power votes each month for 12 months. Each Power vote you give helps someone in need. Your votes reset every month.

  • Peopls takes a 5% platform fee from all payouts to cover operational costs, payment processing, and platform maintenance. 95% goes to campaign creators.

  • Go to Profile → Received section to see your earnings. When your fundraising goal is reached, you can withdraw via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.

  • All fundraising campaigns are reviewed to ensure authenticity. Common reasons for rejection include: inappropriate content, lack of verification, misleading information, or duplicate campaigns.

  • Go to your Profile and tap "Get Verified". You'll need to upload a government ID and take a selfie. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours and increases trust in your campaigns.

  • Observers receive 10 free Boosts each month to support stories. Supporters contribute to the Peopls Fund and receive 10 Power votes each month to help people in need.

  • Your 10 Power votes reset every month. Your 10 Boosts also reset monthly to help stories get more visibility.

  • Go to Settings → scroll to bottom → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will delete all your data, campaigns, and transaction history.

  • Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your full card details on our servers.
